First Part:
In this phase, called the export strategy
formulation process, CVC provides a full consulting service
on defining your company's export vision, mission, objectives and
general strategic directions you intend to obtain in the U.S. market.
This very important phase is subject to revision after we proceed
with the research and analysis of the company's external factors,
consisting of pertinent information on the economy, competitors
and prospective customers. Once we have established that there are

we proceed with your company's internal analysis. This study allows
us to determine a perfect alignment between the external market

from a simple export strategy to a more important form, which may
