COMPANY FEEDBACK PROCESS & CHANGE STRATEGY
Each foreign company entering the U.S. market goes through a process
of learning.This is particularly true for new ventures. The learning
process, the new experience we acquire, and the American high dynamic
environment we are constantly exposed to all affect our business.
Consequently, we may adjust our initial strategy to a new emergent
one. Companies need to be able to adjust their strategies rapidly,
otherwise they will loose profitable opportunities in favor to their
competitors. The export strategic planning process must be constantly
revised and adjusted reflecting all the new external and internal
factors that can contribute to affect our competitive advantage.
The United States market is the most competitive and dynamic in the
world. European companies can highly profit from it, but they must
be aware that there is only one constant variable: change. With
our direct participation in the management and marketing activity
of the company, we are constantly monitoring any change in the economy,
industry, and market that may have direct impact on the company competitive
advantage.
